RETURN POLICY

RETURN POLICY
We will gladly accept returns of new, unworn items for a full refund within 15 days of receiving the product. We will gladly return the item for store credit for up to 30 days.

All sale items are final.

Should you wish to make a return, please email returns@winstonwhite.com for a return shipping label. Once we receive the return, we will email you with your store credit code, or we will email you confirmation of the refund.

We cannot take responsibility for the return shipping costs at this time. The cost of the shipping back to us will be deducted from your store credit or return amount. Returns of used, dirty, or damaged items will not be refunded.

All international orders must be pre-approved and returned to us at the customers expense. We will not provide a return shipping label, please choose any shipping service and send to: Winston White 17902 17th ST E, Lake Tapps, WA 98391, USA. All duties and fee's must be pre-paid or the package will be returned to sender.
